長かったコロナによるパンデミックからようやく解放され、国内では規制のない大会が戻って参りました。

昨年は３年振りに予防策を講じながらの開催となりましたが、第１回大会より特別協賛を賜っておりますノアインドアステージ株式会社様のご支援、そして各方面の多大なご協力をいただき、兵庫県のテニスの中心、ブルボンビーンズドームにて今年も第７回大会を盛大に開催することが出来ますことを心より感謝申し上げます。

２０２２年大会ではコロナ規制がまだまだ厳しかったにもかかわらず、全国から多くの一般テニスファンの皆さまやジュニア、キッズのテニスファンの皆さまを含め約8500人の方にご来場をいただきまして誠に有難うございました。

ATPチャレンジャーツアーは、今年も国内で松山チャレンジャー、兵庫ノアチャレンジャー、慶應チャレンジャー、四日市チャレンジャーの順での４大会が連続して開催されます。世界を転戦しグランドスラム大会本戦への出場権を得るため、多くの日本人選手や海外からの強豪選手がエントリーしていただいており、熱い戦いが繰り広げられることと存じます

２０２３年の日本人選手の活躍は、ウィンブルドン男子シングルスでは50年振りに西岡良仁選手、ダニエル太郎選手、綿貫陽介選手、島袋将選手、望月慎太郎選手の５名が本戦へ進出。そして車いすの部男子シングルスでは小田凱人選手が全仏、ウィンブルドンと連覇を成し遂げました。

今年もご来場の一般テニスファンの皆さま、ジュニアの皆さんには、無料のテニスクリニックやプロ選手との交流など多くのイベントを企画しております。

最後になりましたが、ご後援をいただきました兵庫県、（公財）兵庫県スポーツ協会、（公財）兵庫県園芸・公園協会、三木市、三木市教育委員会、特別協賛を賜りましたノアインドアステージ株式会社、広告協賛を賜りました各企業様をはじめ、本大会開催にあたりご尽力を賜りました関係者の皆さまに厚く御礼申し上げます。

After the long pandemic of corona, we are finally free of the pandemic and have returned to a regulation-free tournament in Japan.

Last year, for the first time in three years, the tournament was held while taking precautionary measures, but with the support of Noah Indoor Stage Co Ltd, a special sponsor since the first tournament, and with great cooperation from all quarters, the 7th tournament will be held again this year in the heart of tennis in Hyogo Prefecture, the Bourbon Beans Dome. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and cooperation.

We would like to thank the many tennis fans, juniors and kids from all over the country, including approximately 8,500 visitors, who came to the 2022 tournament despite the still strict Corona restrictions.

This year, the ATP Challenger Tour will be held in Japan for four consecutive tournaments in the following order: Matsuyama Challenger, Hyogo Noah Challenger, Keio Challenger and Yokkaichi Challenger. Many Japanese players and strong players from overseas have entered the tour to compete around the world and earn the right to participate in the main Grand Slam tournaments, and we expect heated competition to ensue.

In 2023, five Japanese players will advance to the Wimbledon men’s singles tournament for the first time in 50 years: Yoshihito Nishioka, Taro Daniel, Yosuke Watanuki, Masaru Shimabukuro and Shintaro Mochizuki. In the men’s singles wheelchair division, Guy Oda won the French and Wimbledon titles in succession.

Many events are planned for the general tennis fans and juniors who come to this year’s event, including free tennis clinics and exchanges with professional players.
